So, I guess it's normal for boys to terrorize animals. . . right? Jake and Travis were outside having a blast so I went out to see what was so fun. They had filled up a metal tub with water and Jake was holding a lizard by the tail and dunking him over and over. Seeing if he had nine lives? No that's cats. I told them to put him down and later when I checked on him . . . he was let us say resting peacefully in the dirt under my geranium plant. Needless to say, when Katy and I spotted another beautiful bright green lizard on the front porch . . . we kept it to ourselves.
